Thread: Where do you go, what do you do, to make your squad better?

If you had a squad of your own, be it friends or guildmates or just those that have proven themselves next to you in battle. How would you make them better? Would you stick to PvP? Are there creatures or dungeons that really require teamwork just to survive? Would you teach them the ways of other professions, so they better understand how those professions work and what they can do?
This doesn't have to be an 8-person squad, but 2 or more for these questions.

On all my toons anyone who wants to be a combat profession, I always tell them to team up with SL's and to listen to them and let them do their stuff. As much as laziness is I try to keep up with the names of all SL's on that particular server just to keep a running tab on us. That way if I see one about, I can say hey and what not and to let them know that my main toon is MSL. Just so they know that I'm right there in the thick of things with them, plus to let them know that if they've got any questions, they can ask me. Out of all the toons I have, I'm the most helpful with SL.

Every time I see a MSL, or sometimes even a SL, I cheer for them and compliment their title. Someone with "Master Squad Leader" above their head immediately commands my respect and admiration. Just because it's the best profession

Heck, I'd delete all my other toons if it meant keeping Talley busy (well, except for my 2nd toon, I've had him to long to give him up in October, he too will be a year old). But with the state of things with the GCW (how this toon was created for) things are bit of a mess right now. Personally, this toon is and would be well suited for GCW PvP. Though everyone I know only wants to do non-agro, non-deathblow things, jedi grinding or loot runs. I'm up for that too on ocassion, but not just those things all the time. Even my guild is pretty much like that. It's hard to find an actual serious guild to affiliate with when all anyone wants to be is the most uber l33t Jed-eye around *yawn* and the people, such as Loki, who I'd love to be associated with are playing for the losers 
j/k (partially true). (The truth is) They're playing for the wrong faction for me to "team up" with.
As for making my team better (going back to the original topic), I either have my swordsman/tkm either at my side so she can get xp or have her up at the lair/base to get some hits in on it so she can get xp. Everyone else, well, until our stuff is a bit more fixed, they just don't listen to me, else I would tell them, let me pull my stuff first, then it's free for all.
