So after all this time, I finally decided to drop squad leader...

I think to myself, after a week of playing with the character builder, that I'll check the ahazi auction forums, then log in on my SL and start dropping skills...

Low and behold fate has stayed my hand! When one of the most steadfast squad leaders since release is just about to give up, the revamp notes are released!!!

It's fate, I tell ya! May your Dawnsorrow be your light, when all other lights go out.

Say no to the chassis dealer. He may seem like a good guy but that greedy Bothan sonuvabitch will rob you of your pride and your dignity

i hope you guys won't be too upset at all of the new players who will, if not flock, then come to try out your profession.

squad leader always sounded neat to me, but i was discouraged by all of the negative things about it in the forums. i'm sure there are many others who felt the same way, and will, after the publish, give SL a shot.

I personally am already worried about that.

I'm not worried at all. SL is not an exclusive club. The more the merrier.

Well I consider us exclusive. We were one of the few, the proud. Some of the long time vets, me included, even though it did take me 8 months to master the profession and finally got master during the double xp time frame, have stuck with this profession through thick and thin. Regardless of what people said. I just worry that we'll be running around like Jedi and BH. They're two great classes if played right. I don't want to see this forum locked in petty disputes like you see in the Jedi, BH and the GCW forums. I want to see this as still a...rare class. I will encourage others to play but I don't want to see those...*thinks* what was the l33t name someone gave them...ah, I can't remember, anyways, that's what I'm saying. I see enough FOTM toons around that I don't want to have a profession that I love, go that way. I love this prof. So much that after talking with this uber l33t jeed-eye wanna be, I am seriously thinking of transfering Talley to a different server. One with another Rebel SL I know. What server, haven't thought about it. Make a fresh start of sorts. There are serveral people on Kette that I would hate to leave behind, but...for me, my happiness with this game comes first. Anyways...
