Squad Leader Archive
Thread: Well I do believe I have made my mind up!
Master Squad Leader/ Master Ranger / Novice Medic
Is fairly good, you won't have a lot of specials however.... If you do need the speed, you can pick up a Dawn Sorrow Rifle. This will give you +10 General Ranged Accuracy and +8 General Ranged Speed.
I recommend pickup up a Novice Elite for at least the specials. Otherwise you'll only have Overcharge Shot as your main damage shot.
So here's my recommendation.
a) You can heal. At Novice Medic you only heal for about 300-400 points every six seconds or 3000-4000 points every minute.. You can boost this by eating citrus snow cake, aitha or thaktillo/ Healing Efficiency BE clothes / Med Droid.
b) You can do some damage but only use Stim D's/Ruby You can heal for 2400 points every minute...
Unless you're PVP'ing Stims and Ruby does the job. You really need Novice Medic/CM/Doc for PVP.
Here's a bit of a change of your template and this would be totally all Scout Based. This would be the ultimate Scout Based profession.
Master Scout / Master Ranger / Master Squad Leader / Bounty Hunter 0-1-1-0
This will give you two useful specials: Critical Shot and Underhand Shot. This will also leave you 2 points for Force Sensitive which can go to Ranged Speed (Total of +6)
Thank you for the replies.
Interesting you mentioning Bounty Hunter instead of novice medic. In the main I will only be fighting with my guildmates, so I could probably manage with no medic. I'm looking actually at x3xx BH which fits in with Master Squad Leader and Ranger.
Has anyone noticed if the human Leadership +10 racial bonus does anything with the new skillset?
unfortunatly theres not much attack capability in that combin ation, but to me its sounds a great supporting role.Rangers can be very helpfull in PvP in locating the location of incoming forces and setting up a camp with a healing enhancer is a great help to any squad that has taken a beating.
i personally wish you the best of look and i wish i could come along with you in a group just to see how affective it is ![]()
