Thread: More mobility for Quad Leaders or, another reason to require camp skills
As the squad leader gains experience, he is more effective at controling his squads movments and gains the ability to call for support. Keep movement bonuses and skills in this tree and add:
Mobility 3 - Schematic: Radio Comms Kit, Schematic: Landing Zone; /evacuate - Target dead character at a Landing Zone is evacuated to the nearest non-player city hostpital instead of cloning center. "Clones" at the hospital but does not suffer wounds or equipment decay. Only works when shuttle is present.
Command and Control 4 - /reinforce -Allows players to recall dead faction pets. Pets loose 1/4 of their Vitality. Can only be used in a landing zone when there is a shuttle present; /extraction - Extracts the squad leaders group from the LZ and transports them to the nearest non-player city shuttle port. Only works when shuttle is present. (Perhaps a cost that can be paid with faction points and/or credits)
Master Squad Leader: /transportOrders The squad leader isues a transport order to a player. That player can accept the transport order and pay 3000 credits to recieve a ticket. The ticket allows the player to hire a private shuttle to drop him off at the squad leaders LZ. The player with the ticket must still wait for transportation at a shuttle or starport.
Landing Zone Schematic: Creates a marker kit that is used to set up a landing zone. A landing zone is a new kind of camp kit that is required to call a shuttleand unlocks a squad leaders transportation skill.
Radio Comms Kit: Creates a radio kit that is used to call for for air support and in an LZ to call a shuttle. Limited uses do to changing encryption. Requires a radio and an encryption disk. (Alternately may give an encryption disk to a communications faction trooper to call for shuttle and air strike)
