I was curious as to whether or not we Squad Leaders are needed to destroy a faction base, provided the terminals are up of course.

Yes, a Novice-SL is required to activate overload at the primary terminal in step 5 of the destruction sequence - but since you are an IMP I shouldn't have told you that?

Well thankyou for the info, I'm going to go looking for a traitorous rebel who will give up the vulnerability times for some Rebel bases on Kauri.

To clarify, Squad Leaders are indeed one of the needed professions to destroya Player-owned HQ.

However, just like in the rest of the game, a Squad Leader's function can be performed by ANY player when taking control of an NPC HQ.

Is that on the want list Thulium? All other professions required are for both player and NPC bases so it would be nice to have this for SL as well. Plus other skill requirements are somewhere up a discipline tree, not just novice. I'd have to read the descriptions more but maybe something like Tactics I or Leadership II.

Yurii, you shouldn't belive the rebel propaganda about them going to win the war. Have you seen the fake holographic show they send out, showing some farmerboy taking down lord Vader. Yeeshh, what will they think of next.

/Give me a armorsmith crafted 60% overall Stormtrooper Armor with no chance to slice it, but reasonably low encumberance. Let the deed be bought from the recruiter by FPs. Also remove TEF.

No it's not, but I suppose it could be. I wasn't previously concerned about this as I mostly saw it as a sidenote, but it is an interesting commentary on the State of the SL Profession. I'll bring this to the devs if the majority of people here support it, but I'll abstain from the voting because I could see this go either way.

Yurii if you read the Star Wars books you'd know that the Empire is still out there and hassn't been destroyed yet, just because the Death Star blew up again in Episode 6 doesn't mean we're out of it .

I vote thatSquad Leaders arerequired to destroy PC and NPC bases. And maybe not just Novice, make it a master ability, something to work towards.
