I use either this one or my Nullifier X as my main weapon, just depends on how I feel. My dawnsorrow has a higher dps due to the maxxed out speed slice on it and I love the way it looks when it fires, I mean come on, green lightning??!?!?!

If this is still your template, I would not use Dawnsorrows Rifle since it is a rifle.
You dont want to miss your carbine spezific skill modifiers as well as that this rifle only has a range of 60m and has a very high SAC costs (115).

The SAC costs of your weapon also will affect the SAC costs of your Squad leader abilities and you want to keep SAC costs as low as possible anytime.

I do admit that the rifle looks awesome.

Try to get your hands on an Grievance Striker if your looking for an high damage carbine with an extend range and some skill mods.

It has as the dawnsorrows rifle a range of 60m and SAC costs of about roughly 100, which in my eyes is still to high even if you SAC pup it (pups lowering your SAC costs, remind me to give you one or two to try it out and the waypoint to it).

If Im looking for a weapon as MSL/MCarb my criteria are high max damage, low SAC, un-modified speed not higher then 2.5 and as much range as I can get.
Have a look at the carbineer forum for some high end values for carbines.

The SAC is 100 for mine and i have 2 identical one im using and one that i have new. im saveing the second and well i love the look which overides whatever carbine specials I have i went and got rifle 1 and well i compensate kinda for the loss its the specials that count not the damage when the fight gets close i switch to my DC15 carbine for the close in work. Nothing beats using a rifle on full auto i get everything in the area. Nitan send me a tell in game i can find u one. Liongtsiao i need help with that *thing* we were talkinh about. BTW DAWNSORROW FTW

I looked around for some, sac way too high, though I might pick one up just for looks since I've gone nearly all support and rarely fire my weapon anyway.

some downsorrows have very high damage and the sac doesn't matter if your a support template. get it! i put an adk on mine so i could pump hi damage pups in it al day long. it rocks, but i will agree some are not so good.

Being Master Carbineer, i don't use my Dawnsorrow in hard fights... i'm simply more effective with a carbine, if i really need the range, i'm better of with my DXR-6.

Though, even while not having great rifle skills, it's a perfect "show off" thing for me. Shot and sound are cool (especially when used with rapid fire or scatter shot), not to forget the unique look.
