Second person outside my guild to know I was going MSL / Jedi, and you have to ask? Double-bladed Saber, only 0022 cause I'm a very slow grinder. I miss my Krayt T21, the "DOH BFG9000 MII" (MII = Mark II, pre-CU converted as junk), its sitting in my house still ADKed for when / if I ever get my alt to MRifles.

Well, I knew the MSL/Jedi thing, but since I don't play with you, I can't keep up with where you're at in your build. So if you want me to know where you're at, you will have to give up your Imperial ways and join the winning side.

Rebels can be welcome on our hunts, if I had time to wait for more people to assemble, I would have invited you to take on Nekros on Kashyyyk saturday or the Avatar Station Sunday... you would have been far more effective then I was, my dial-up hated all of the caves except Nek's room and it abhored the Avatar station, so I could do nothingbut move and watch most of the time.

We should get all the Kettemoor SLs together one day, Masters only, think that will make 6... lol

Works for me. Not that it'd actually work, but an I thought an SL guild would be sort of neat. But I was also thinking of using my mostly unused guild hall as an SL one stop shop. Opened to all SL's supplying us with all SL stuff, yeah, so it'd have one vendor and only a few items. CA's & AA's, and all our weapons.

And a guild of all SL's wouldn't be very effective either.

Well, we'll have to hook up sometime then. All of us on Kette need to get a group together and head somewhere like Theed or Eisley or something...get everyone worried about what we're going to do to them.

There's some handy in-game video footage of our weapon suite over at The Galaxy Report. Check out the links under Episode 8

Will take a look and add and update as needed. Thanks for the info.
Sweet! Just saw the vids, love them. I've seen and heard all but the Dawnsorrow Rifle but that's sweet too. I just love that it's SL related.

Well, I haven't had the urge to do anymore N-K runs but a friend did give me the Dawnsorrow. May either respec to rifles or keep it and surrender my Carbine skills and take up Rifles. Haven't decided yet.

I have seen sever times where people try to bring RL into this game, each time it has always caused the argument "This is a game it needs to balance".

It was used alot in the Riflemen forum, with the speed issue, the fights with that were quit irritating. Im not sure how the whole 2 SL thing would work, most time in PvP we always have a doc who stays back and does nothing but rez, so your out of the fight no more then 30 seconds. Also bein a riflemen with SL I am able to hang back and picture the whole situation for my group, and get a good picture about what needs to be done. Having someone else there throwing in their skills and what they think shold happen would just get them on my bad side. (Ya I have had people in my group that think we should do something totally different but If IM not sure on the whole thing I will ask the group).

Also, limited the "NCOs" skills just seems odd, I mastered out the Profession, I shold be able to use it to the full potention but I cant do that unless I have my own group?

One SL per group is more then enough, in the Pre-CU days I was able to have a group of 20 and be able to control (though noting that in those cases none of them were azzholes). If people want multiple options with 2 SLs, why not just allow one to put up two skills at once?

Now, this isn't about SL vs gl. There's one sentence in there that really got my brain going again...

"Also bein a riflemen with SL I am able to hang back and picture the whole situation for my group, and get a good picture about what needs to be done."

Now when I first started playing after much work, I too decided to go Rifleman for the exact same reason, never finished it though, CU came about and pistol xp was needed. So, I went pistols. Now when the Clone Armor came about, I decided to go Carbines. It fit really well with how I "saw" Talley. Now, trying to see what's up with Pub 24, I ran across this post. Now it got my brain going again with weapon choices.

If I do decide to go back to Rifles, my real question is should I respec or should I just work my way through like I did carbines?
