Accuracy Increase = Damage increase. Don't see why someone would hate any accuracy increase.
Those high-accuracy builds which already fire at max-damage don't gain anyting out of more accuracy... and even if they are not maxed yes, gains of accuracy are almost nil at higher accuracy, 1% more of damage is not worth it for most to follow the lead of somebody.
A flat +15% to damage is a completely different story.

Especially when BHs slice their weapons for Critical Chance, then you Volley Fire with Critical Shot.

Personally I have only seen a few high accuracy builds, it seems more people are focusing on healing then on bein more accurate.
