to be honest, I didn't really mean to offend, let me explain:

most of the SL bot players come here asking questions exactly like this, usually to try and create a macro. "How long does retreat last?" Kind of questions generally mean someone is looking to set up a macro. Those types of questions just make me wince inside. Some of them are legitimate, but a vast majority are not. You are right, I don't know you, since I've only seen a few of your posts. The fact that I even answered the question meant that I just wasn't sure, but from looking at your other posts it didn't seem like you were going to bot...but again, I just wasn't sure.

In regards to the +steady+ above player's heads, I've seen that, but have never seen a -steady-, but now I have something else to test out.
