The thing is, there's more Jedi now than just about any one profession. There's definately more of them than there are of us.
What we need, more than presenting the evidence we have to counter Jedi-powergamer lies (there are respectable Jedi who play the profession as it should be), more than how many Jedi can be killed, more than even protecting LD or FD from future nerfs, is a united front.
It's time Smugglers and Bounty Hunters, Weaponsmiths and Creature Handlers, Carbineers and Pikemen, every other professional forum in this game makes it abundantly clear to the devs that any Jedi-induced nerf upon one profession will be seen as a Jedi-induced nerf on every profession. Because while the subscriptions of all the Jedi players are significant, the subscriptions of everyone else is even more significant to SOEs bottom line.
There's got to be more players out there interested in keeping this game Star Warsy and fun for every profession, than there are Jedi just out to be uber. Time to start building up that political clout we deserve with the other professions and cashing it i to bring this game back to how it should always have been.

So while nerfing Form Up doesn't really hurt us in the skills department, it's still a major blow psychologically. Why the hell was this deemed necessary?

Dizzy gives both -defense and -accuracy, so the dizzy person takes more and deals less damage. Stun is broken and doesn't do anything.

Yes, its definitely the Jedi playersfault SoE could not make a single profession in the CU work as intended.
I suggest weall blame the Jedi players, and their alts as well.
This is the right thing to do.
I agree completely! ![]()
They should have made them a regular class to begin with substituting out melee professions or something. No MMO profession should be that much more powerful than any other. Grinding does not warrant that no matter how much they want to cry about it.
arrrgggghhhh!!!!! When the game first came out almost two years ago I wanted to be a Squad Leader. Why? Because I THOUGHT it would be similar to my real life profession... (USMC: Infantry and then Force Recon)... I have only been dissapointed time and time again by the way the devs handle this profession. If they would only allow a REAL LIFE COMBAT VET with experience as a squad leader and a love of star wars and a vision of what it would be like to lead stormtroopers into battle maybe they would stop doing this stupid shiet and make a useful profession... IMHO
Well that does it, Ive now dropped all my boxes except Novice. The only thing useful now is the SYSGROUP command for communicating with my team. The bonuses are good I suppose, but not good enough.. /flail
