Ok, I looked at the Newsletter that came out today....and I don't see anything about SL revamp being pushed into Pub 11....only that 10 and 11 are going to be delayed. Was this information about putting SL revamp into Pub 11 from a personal conversation?

Lorrianna, it was posted to early. The letter you have read is different than the one that was accidentaly posted.

Well currently, one of the reasons they are delaying this patch, is due to the massive feedback they are getting from all the jedi testers, which is a good thing, more testers mean more fixes if they actually do there job. This publish will be coming later then usuall, do to the fact that they will be fixing the majority of the bugs, befor it gos live, unlike the norm we have come to expect, which is bugs that come WITH the publish and dont get fixed for 8 months.
I truly hope that SOE gives Smugglers & Squad Leaders the same equal testing recources they have given the jedi. Being able to make an impact on the future of their profession is something all classes should be able to do as equally as the next.

Ok, just so I understand:
--The SL revamp is NOT being moved intoPub 11, but is staying in Pub 10.
--Pub 10 and 11 will both be coming out later than planned so they can work on Pub 9 more.

SL publish was always set for pub11. The change is that the combat balance has been moved to pub11 as well.

According the Gary Gattis's State of the Game letter, the SL revamp is part of Publish 10.....see below.

This is why I'm getting confused. I've never seen any posting on the SWG site, nor can I now, that states the SL revamp is or was part of Pub 11. Was this changed in another announcement that I'm not finding?

Sorry... I guess I did confuse you. SL revamp is tied directly to the combat balance. So when the CB was moved so was the SL revamp.
Anyway, it doesnt really matter. All of this could change tomorrow.
