Well, from the little I've seen of the whole galaxy there seems to be more overt imps than rebels, but there are lots of covert rebels on Mos espa, and of course Anchorhead. Correllia seems to be slightly rebel oriented, and Moenia is filled with Rebels, though who knows how many covert imps there are, and it seems to be the opposite of Moenia for
Theed.

depends on where you go, there are places that are flooded with rebels as well.

the future pa that i'll be joining soon (as soon as our architect makes master) will have 10-20 rebels

On Tarquinas I believe the rebels are the most at least when looking around anchorhead, all raids on anchorhead I've been on has been failed, but then again I see lots of imperials covert in Bestine, doesnt change the fact that small units of rebels can be found every other day killing any overts they find.

On Starsider all I have heard from Rebels is "We're by far outnumbered by the Imperials, we have to balance it... we need more Rebels!"

Well, I just changed from the Imperial faction to the Rebel faction, and its funny because the number of purple bleeps in any city has quadrupled from the normal amount of Imps I used to see.

Flurry, Rebs outnumber us but we are much more skilled then them. We defend Bestine every night and slaughter the invaders. Then if we feel like it, we invade Ancorhead and sluaghter them there. BTW the rebels on flurry are all cowards and dont help each other.
