It causes dmg to the mind pools and BF
And i believe that the mind heal can't be used oh him self but on other players.
Well i don't think Squad Leaders should get a mind heal but they should get like a passive mind regenerate aura... well of course just to the members in the group.
Grakkazza you are annoying!!!! plz shut up you arent even a squad leader but a combat medic! you dont know how it is to be a Squad Leader to have nothing but broken specials + bonuses and then the combat medic gets mind heal but Squad Leader not? But its logical that Squad leaders would get mind heal I mean mind should represent your morale and Squad Leader should help boosting the moral so why not Mind heal??? Why you do not give CM a Kimoliga as pet and a 2000dmg weapon? when you already give them Mind heal?

yes I've read your post and you are saying that it's ok that the combat medic gets also mind heal but it issn't that great because it causes mind dmg and BF and that we only should get another passive **edit**!!

The point is, as a combat medic, you can already toss never-miss poison balls, disease the crap out of people, heal anyone within eyesight, and as of last week, move over any terrain just as well as a scout. And now you can take care of mind incaps too!
We, as squad leaders, can put on our spiffy Squad Leader title because it makes us feel good, use /sysgroup, and occasionally ask group members if they're noticing any benefit from our whopping +25 passive group ranged defense bonus. You seriously cannot blame the squad leader community for feeling a little shafted on this.

This is my first post in about a month (hell, it's been a month since I even read this stuff.)
Just because we're broken and ignored doesn't mean we can lash out at others. It's a game, and we all have feelings, and our CM friend here was just pointing out the subtleties of what's on test, and why it's probably good for the game. I remain indifferent to it, myself, as CMs are, IMHO well-balanced profession. If the ability truly does cause BF and wounds, it's probably balanced. Just means I'll be targeting CMs first and foremost... just like I would smack down a healer in every other game I've ever played. The game is always changing, and we have to remain flexible.(fortunately, in this game, we can!
)
Now, as far as SL is concerned, it's dissappointing indeed that we waste 127 SP for such a minimal return. We SHOULD increase regen for all HAM bars. We should increase speed of attack. We should increase XP by a small percentage. These have all been suggested before, these are all easy to implement (in comparison to other suggestions) and they should be listened to. The return on our investment is pitiful, and I'm sticking w/ it just because I like the IDEA of the profession.
Continue bumping suggestion threads, continue plaguing CSRs. Call theirphonenumber. Write some emails. But don't take out your frustration on other players! Keep it happy, folks. It's a game, and I hope to continue meeting you in it. ![]()

There are plenty ofprofessions out there that kick my ass, I couldn't care less if CMs get another ability, except for one thing.
They keep adding stuff to otherprofessions while a recently introduced bug still prevents us from using two of our abilities. It's been almost 2 weeks now. Nevermind the 2 month old SL Correspondent report that hasn't even had so much as a reply yet. Seriously, are they trying to phase out the SL class?
