What is the action and/or mind cost? The positive aspects are fairly impressive but the cost is unstated.

One thing to note is that with an action cost it would come to a choice of a) SL attacking or b) SL buffing. The SL buff should at the least be comperable to the cost in time and action for an alternative move. While it may buff 20% it comes at the expense of the SL contributing in other ways (As it stands they have that cost without actually doing anything) =>P
