First time 3-4 months
2nd time 3 weeks becuase I was lazy.

I have actually seen someone master it in 5 hours. One weekend I was at the Tusken Fortleveling rifleman and a novice cameup to me and asked if he could be the leader of our group (around 15 members + a pet or two). I made him the leader and everytime he capped xp I would train him. 5 hours later he was a master. That was probably the easiest "Master" I have seen. Little Bugger didn't even tip me! He probably dropped it 10 min later! Damn Hologrinders!

Im planning on taking my toon SL, is the Geo cave the best place to go for xp?

Guess it was about two weeks. I'm all for learning the profession as I go.
