Rally works fine. I use it with thundercloud(+98 ranged D)and imp duelist stance often. It is like imp duelist stance or CoB in that you must be perfectly still while it warms and applies. I sometimes open on tough marks like this, along with deuterium pyro for 225 additionalgen range acc.

I am just hoping the cooldown reduction and crit enhance chance makes it into SL xxx4 like they are suppose to.

Ok, I played with it again last night and I am finding that its the looping macro that is the block. If I dont loop the macro it seem to work just fine. I guess my toon might not be moving but action is taking place with the looping macro that is blocking rally. thanks all for the insight and help. I guess I can choose to loop my harvest macro or to use rally. As I was in a spin group last night and had no time where I was not agro'ed till the lair was finished, it was a moot point as I harvested after the lair was gone. Thanks all.
