I am want to say one thing, the skill tree in SL except for mobilization is broken, so it is really the ability of the real person behind the SL, me, personally got to mobilization 4 and got the title "Field Commander" i have lead numerous of people to a lot of hunting trips and they come back for more, trust me, when you start talking to 5 people through tells and 3 in front of you, you know you were being great as a leader (and it is not easy) Just want to say one more thing, YOU CANNOT BE TOO NICE AS A LEADER!! STICK UP FOR YOURSELF COZ' OF THE BENEFITS OF THE WHOLE GROUP.

I took the ranger profession too, just to complete the motto, hehe
