Thread: A new piece of crap.. Err SL on the block
I just made Master Squad Leader last night.
I'm proud of my Acheivement (not really since they made it so easy to get SL XP) and it will remain as my primary class for the remainder of my career in SWG.
I'm with all you guys on how upsetting it is that the class is so broken right now, the Ideas that our captain is submitting are really good ideas that should hopefully go through.
Everyone here is right when they say that the Class does not make someone a good leader.
Hell, i'm sure there've been writeups on effective Group Leadership, and if not, maybe it's something we need to do to help keep our class that much more effective. Part of this class is the responsibility to lead a group well, and it's something that we need to focus our efforts on when we decide to take the class.
I used to say that I was the leader in Name only when I first took this class, and there were people who were much better than me at leading a group. I followed thier lead and picked up on what made a group work efficiently and I'm pretty confident that my skills are much better because of it...
I think i'm starting to ramble on here...
Anyways.
