I meant for an all rounder...
but specificly we are kind of debating which is better out of volley fire and Blaze of glory - those 2 being primarily combat and damge won't really be being switched as per the situation.

Well my answer still stands I'm afraid.
If you want a single line then you should choose the one that will most benefit what you want to do? There isnt one that is better than another as they are situational. If my group is getting hurt badly I may want to use a movement buff, if its holding its own I may give a damage buff.
The very nature of these skills is that we adapt what we use to the situation presented to us, thereby rendering your question sort of impossible to answer?

I am not sure I understand, in the case of Blaze of Glory and Volley fire - both are simply damaging buffs - what sort of circumstances would differentiate the 2?

I'm a MC/MCM. I simply need to know which line would benefit me best in Factional PvP combat.

Well................unless i am mistaken Blaze of Glory is a CHANCE to land a critical, thus adding 50% extra damage, so its not a guaranteed damage increase. Volley Fire appears to work like an armour debuff, so yes would increase the damage.
If you had a team of BH's spamming Critical Shot then Blaze of Glory would be more effective in theory.
So as you see, it depends on the situation...............

So in all reality, Volley Fire would be the most Efficient Group Buff for my template?

Well, I never actually said that................. It would depend on your group etc so only u can judge that? Maybe people would prefer the movement options/buffs or the improved action & mind regen?
See why there isnt a definative answer?
