I am asking either a DEV, or TH for some concrete response to this post. Are we getting any attention over the next month? There have been rumors, and there has been a recent post by TH asking for top five problems. This could mean that we're getting looked at, but I have not herd anything from a red name stating that they have any intentions of actually doing anything. I am therefore asking someone with ared name to respond with either a "yes" or a "no" are we getting looked at for an upgrade?

I thought, from the title, that you had gotten a concrete response.

no sorry, and no jokes guys. I know the level of funny remarks. (SL gives a +100 sarcasim) I'm serious. I want a red name response. I pay good money for this game, and I love playing it, and I think that I, andthe rest of us deserve SOME SORT of response.

I'm not a dev, but I do have a concrete answer for you.

Don't even hold your breath for a response. I know they think they're doing a great job communicating as they've become so fond of saying since hiring TH, but the reality is that they've done nothing but ignore us and our correspondent from day 1. Thunderheart posting to request our top 5 issues might look to them like they're paying attention to us, and they might even assume that since they finally posted here, that we think they care now, but in realityTH took all of 1 minute out of his day (the extent of SOE's attention to this profession) to post his absolute ignorance of our problems regardless of multiple unread correspondent reports and dozens of enormous threads and petitions to get our profession fixed. They quite literally treat us like a lowly servant whose issues are only everdealt withjust to get them to stop tugging on the Master'sshirt-sleeve.

I thought the devshad already said, "We don't really care" in every way possible. I was wrong.

i know, that's why I've posted this thread. I know we've been ignored, and I'm challenging SOE to do their job. respond to a customer. that's all. don't have to DO anything, just tell me the truth. am I getting the same service as people who play BH? or Commando? answer, no. But....the premise of my complaint is exactly that. I'm not getting the same service as other customers that are paying the same amount.

I will be bumping this thread as often as I remember.

The way I see it, is we will get more of these "PLEASE!" threads untill we get a concrete answer, so we might as well limit it to this one. While it may look like I am making the boards just that much messier, I am thinking that my actions will help it to stay a touch cleaner.

I plan on it. and every month until something happens. Hell if they burped in this general direction, I think most of us would have a heart attack. I get more attention from a box of rocks, and I'm getting aggrivated.
