This is beyond words. We waited for so long and what got slapped in the face. From teh Sl there's no combat upgrade there's a breaking of our specials and handing to us a cpl weapon certs. This iw hat we waited all this time for. What a shame. I love the quotes that they weren't going to rush it and would take as much time as needed in order to deliver a quality product. Amazing.

Ya, they gave us some extra defense and ranged ability. And make us earn XP that has absolutely nothing to do with Squad Leaders.

If they stuck with the CU docs, it would have been decent, but they didn't.

Rangers.. The 1 profession that is to hunt big creatures.. We got NO extra combat mods like most others. We didn;t even get the Health Mods till last week. And our main plus /conseal(camo) hasn't worked since CU started. Oh yeah and the 1 profession you KNOW will be taking Kenitic damage(what 99% of creatures dish out) Doesn't get teh good Kenitic armor.. Go FIgure..

bUt I do agree you guys got screwed big time on teh Pistol XP BS... Hell if P{istol was a required pre-skill it would almost(I did say almost) make sense...

I personally think some at SOE has been putting something in the water..

We got screwed by more than just pistol xp man. If you have no idea what I'm talking about, go talk to your corr. Rangers got hosed, we got shoved in a box and buried 6 feet under.

maybe i'm the only one that expected this..

when the CU upgrade was started they clearly stated that SL would not be looked at or worked on..

now this doesn't mean what they did is right or even mean we have to like it.. but in a way its exactly what i expected..

if they weren't going to work on SL during the CU, that means anything that was broken wasn't going to be fixed until after..

i'm personally hoping i can respec my SL to commando and then when they do get around to fixing SL switching back..

It was stated that we would get some combat abilities updated and some HAM issues fixed but the majority of anything good would have to wait till a revamp. Instead they broke most of our specials or left them absolutely the same, gave us a few mods that only apply to ourselves and then gave us a role that is supposed to be a group enhancement specialist but we do jack $%##.
