After reading the guides and FAQ's I still have some questions and wanted to confirms a few things. I got a Master Smuggler on a server and I want to use him to buy faction perks such as bases and turrents stuff like that. By what I have read and understand that I can buy faction from the recruiter (which I have played with some) till I get to 500fp, once there I have to delegate them off in order to get more. Delegating them to my alt which uses the high delegate ratios until your colnel is the only way to do this ?? As master you get 25% discount on perks but you have to purchase them yourself with faction points your smuggler has and must have plenty of points. Rumors I have heard which dosent mean to much but have heard that smugglers can purchase the base deeds from therecruiter with credits..this isnt correct is it ? I assume the best thing to do in my case is to rank to highest faction rank before selling fp or delegating them to my alt to purchase the deeds then sell them that way but cant use the 25% discount unless delegated back to the smuggler which in return you loose points by delegation. Any smugglers with the experience in this might can tell me the best way to be effective in using my smuggler to get faction deeds and sell them or use for myself

The best faction perk and delegation ratios you can get are for a Master Smuggler who is a colonel in their faction to buy the FP in blocks from the recruiter and delegate it to the person who wants the faction points. The Master Smuggler gets a discount on purchasing and the colonel gets a discount on delegating. I dunno the exact numbers, hopefully someone will post them. I have however seen many posts on this. Perhaps a forum search for "delegate" would reveal the answers you seek
Delegating back to the smuggler would coss an excessive loss of FP. If the person delegating back to you is not a colonel, you'd lose a ridiculous amount. Again, only numbers will tell, they are posted somewhere.

Best way to work it as a rebel is have a colonel with atleast UW4 delegating and a bothan with master smuggler buying. Bothans get a 10% bonus on faction transactions.
Best way to work it as an imperial is to have a colonel with atleast UW4 delegating and a human with master smuggler buying. Humans have the lowest cost for Imperial perks.

Best/Cheapest way to do it is to have two Master Smugglers -- at least one needs to be a Colonel and they'll do the buying. Best if the other is high rank too so they can store enough faction to buy the perks. Buy the faction and delegate it to your buddy and have him purchase the perks as soon as he has enough faction stored up.
