Thread: Is feign death broke or is it just me?

Was on Yavin killing some Crystal snakes when I Blacksun spawn popped on me. After getting beat down I decided to fd. "You prepare to feign death" it says as always, get hit and nothing happens. I'm still standing. Needless to say I died pretty quick. It was working fine the day before and now it's not. Just wondering if I'm bugged or if it's happening to others. It's been a week and still no change in it. It just won't work. At least I'm done with the pistol xp part. Now all I need is spices 2-4 and a bit o ap xp to master.

Whats the state of your HAM when you feign? I've left it too close to the knuckle sometimes and been incapped before i can feign.
Does FD work in the DWB? Used it there last week and droids kept pounding on me even when i was down...

ham was at half when I tried it. Tried it in a duel as well to see if it worked. Soon as it started I hit fd got shot and I was still standing. Tried it on a womp rat same thing. Does the ham have to be at a certain level to work now? Before it stopped working I could fd no matter how high or low my ham was. Now I can't do it at all.

In my case it was feigning at the last possible moment.ie my ham was so low my oponent would incap me before the feign kicked in. Only time ive had an issue with it was in the death watch bunker,where i fd but the sbd's continued pounding me while i was down.

I haven't been to the DWB yet so I couldn't tell you on that. But from the state my characters in I would'nt be able to tell ya anyway.

you were standing still right, cause if your running it wont work

I've stood still and ran either way it didn't work as far as the couple rounds I stood there next to the womp rat and hit fd prolly 20 times or so and it never kicked in.

Just tryin to figure out if I'm bugged. When it was working I could fd run get hit and it would still work. It worked everytime I've used it until I logged in a week ago and it hasn't worked since. Only reason I'm asking about it now is I thought it was a fluke and was hoping it would go away but it hasn't so I'm here asking about it.

I haven't used it lately, but up to now it's been working. Since I've been a Commando, I usually drop stuff before it drops me. If I wait too long and FD, I'll sometimes get incapped first. I mainly just use it in bigger battles where I need to heal up before fighting the rest of the mobs off. Even though standing up gets me riddles with blaster holes...

just used mine lastnight several times in the geo labs... still works for me... i hate to say this buti would submit a ticket and have a CSR check into it for you it very well could be a ... *GASP* bug!
