Thread: Slicing Questions (difference between Slicer and Master Smuggler)

Is there any difference between the results that you get from a slice with Slicer and Master Smuggler? I mean, does the highest percentage go up between Master Smuggler and Slicer? Because, I'm looking at the Master Smuggler skill box and there are NO skill mods in it.

3% increase from 32% max to 35% max slice encumberance is maxed out at 45% instead of 35% of course... but ya check the stickies on top.
