Yeah, you'd think I'd learn by now but noooooooooooo everytime I figure it out I forget or lose where I found it.
So, can someone post the directions on how to make a Clicky? And by clicky I mean and active hyperlink through HTML.
I wanna say you have to type your message then "edit in HTML" then add the text here OR text here
But I'm probably wrong. Lil help? Thanks.
Nope, you're not wrong. Just don't forget to add the "" in your <a href> tag.
You missed the quotes " at the beginning (after the =) and the end (before the '>') of your URL.
<a href="http://www.blah.blah">text here</a>Thanks, guys and/or gals!
And to think I used to have an entire Angelfire site dedicated to wrestling news back in '97/'98 done entirely throughmanual HTML
Damn FrontPage! Damn it to Hell!
............................................oh wait....no, it's cool! Yay for Frontpage!![]()

FrontPage is the bane of anyone who works where you helpcustomers get thier personal websites running on the five MB of space that ISPs give people who use thier service.
Its like slicing, your customers all know more than you, even though you're the one they're calling for help. They all want things that can't be done. And, they're jerks about half the time.
Example: "I know what I'm doing here, its your fault my site isn't working right because I uploaded it to you!" When it turns out that they only uploaded the actual page, and none of the data, pictures, etcetera that the page relies on. And even then, they decide they wanna play with the HTML.....
*shudders*
LOL...sorry man...but if you do know what you're doing and have some common sense then FrontPage isn't really that hard. But that's not what you're saying...
You're talking about the...............vocal minority.............that are complete morons and **edit** that decide to call you up and give you the business because it makes them feel important. I can relate to that...like, people that give you a hard time and you just wanna cram a salad fork in their eye!
Example: I work at Sam's Club in Hardlines/Electronics. I've been there for 2 years. I know my Club.
A member will come up to me and ask "Do you have any more of those really popular TVs that were selling out like hotcakes?" Then I'll say "No, sir. We're totally out at the moment, but we have a truck of 27 coming in late tonight and we'll have 'em out tomorrow morning." Then the dude goes "Well, could you check in your stock room?" I say "We don't have a stock room, everything we have to sell is in the steel shelving around the store." Then they'll go "Well, could you make sure you don't? Most stores have stock rooms and I'm sure a building this big has one."
I just roll my eyes, hand them a cookiee, and pop a Sesame Street movie in for them cause they obviously don't get the point.
(truth be told, my "member service" skills are so good I stand there like a goofus for 5 minutes explaining the internal and external workings of a Sam's Club to them so they don't go asking 3 other associates the same stuff. just so yall know I'm not that evil)
