i sent a tell to a smuggler today asking if i could get my brand new wepon sliced he said what do you want me to slice dmg or speed and if i dont get what you want on it ill give you 2 millso he sliced it and got dmg well i had a few more wepons on me i decided to see if he was lucky or it was true he was picking well 3 wepons later dmg slice every time i asked him how he did it he said i have the FS luck line is this true or just an exploit ??

As one who has FS Luck, I can easily assure you that it absolutely, possitively and without a doubt, has no impact whatsoever on the outcome of a slice.

Sounds like it was either an exploit or the guy was just really, really lucky. The FS luck line has no effect on slicing.

Nothing affects slicing. Nothing. We have tons of compiled data around here to back it up.

If someone claims that tool quality, FS luck line, or even the pants they are wearing affects their results, they are lying.

Even so, it is possible that this person has discovered an exploit. I suggest you report him to maintain game balance.
