Okay, we all know we want player bounties. Even the BHs know it now. We all know it has to be consentual.

One idea has been a further tier of "deadbeat" points or whatever that would trigger a player bounty. Some have argued that this wouldn't be consentual enough. I disagree, but ah well, that's not the point here.

Another subject that has come up is the canonical relation between Smugglers and Jedi. Let's face it, Everybody loves that scene in ANH, when Obi-wan is hiring Han. People have proposed that we have skills that help a Jedi avoid a BH.

So here's the combined set up.

Smugglers receive special skills that somehow help a Jedi avoid a BH. Either they can hire a Smuggler to escort them from their house to their destination, or something, or the Smuggler can simply do something along the lines of forging a new identity, or slicing the BH terminal. The details aren't important, the important part is that the Smuggler is aiding the Jedi.

Now, In any of these circumstances, there is a chance for failure. Say you're slicing the terminal, and one of the local townsfolk spots it. Just so happens, he's a spynet operative, or an imperial spy, or something. Or you're escorting the Jedi, a player bounty hunter notices these two people look out of place, and intiates a bio scan.

Your cover gets blown, you get special visibility, and poof, player bounty is placed on you.

Obviously it's rough, but it's a way to integrate the holy trinity of Starwar profs, and also keep PvP out of the realm of normal smuggling.
