Thread: Novice smuggler what now

Hmm i just got novice smuggler and i mostly did it because i wanted to slice anyway can i make armor upgrade kits and weapon upgrade kits or should i buy them and what about crafting stations.

as far as slicing goes...I have kinda hung my clamps up right now until the revamp the slicing system. It really isn't worth the time, imo, to slice a weapon for 5%. Though it is still handy to slice mission terminals.
Only get a crafting station if you plan on mass producing tools or spices. As of right now you can't experiment (I could be wrong as I am still using my stockpile spices from pre-cu and have not crafted any new ones lately), so getting a crafting station would be a waste of money right now.

AUKs and WUKs are crafted by Armorsmiths and Weaponsmiths, respectively. So, unless you have one of those profs, you'll need to procure them. You will, however, be making your own Laser knives, molecular clamps, etc.
You don't really *need* a Crafting station unless you're wanting to make some Manufacturing Schematics to do factory runs of product/components. I do believe all of the schemas are available without having to be in front of a station...I'm positive someone will correct me if I'm wrong
