Has anyone else experience negative percentage slices? Just started playing after some time off and respected one of my toons to master smuggler. So i use molecular clamp it tells me to slice the red wire so i do tehn i slice the blue one and it says -1% speed slice gave me xp so i check the weapon and sure enough it is 1.28 speed now instead of 1.17 which is what it was before, what makes this worse is it was my bh toons scatter and was like 934 max damage, and 561 modified dps so wasnt a cheap weapon for me ot come by

That magic is gone now, but I'd pay 50 bucks a month to have it back.
