Does your customer gain any extra faction points if they have an entertainer buff when you /del faction to them?

I know if you have an entertainer buff and you /del, you delegate 10% more. But what about the target?

Should be in the FAQ.

Gaining FP is affected by Inspirtaion buffs, so if the customer has one and gets FP by /delegate he/she gets extra faction.

Made a fairly large faction sale last night and had an entertainer buff. I noticed that when purchasing the faction, I got the 10% bonus, but I also noticed that when delegating, it cost an extra 10%.

SO, in my limited experiment, I would assume that it would be most cost effective to buy your faction with an inspiration buff, but to delegate it without one.

I did not even think about the buyer having the buff.
