I don't know if it's just me...but I don't see the timers on any of my icons anymore. When I could hit someone with concussion shot it would count down from 45 seconds to 0 and then the icon would disappear. The same with panic, rage, and anger. Today when I logged in however I have not been seeing those timers.

Just curious because the timer helped alot in group PvP and even PvE, and without it I'll have to change some tactics.
