10 - Krayt DE-10 Advanced Blaster Power Handlers. 20 min / 142 Max. : 4 million credits
5 - DE-10 Schematics: 5 million credits
Enough of the best resources on the server to make them: 1 million credits.
5 *&%$ speed #%&% slices in a *&%#*% row: Priceless
Gawd what a damn nightmare. I can't even get back the money spent on the things. Honestly, It's po'ed me so much I was >this< close to closing the account.
I know what I saw in Dev Tracker about Slicing. And Honestly... I've seen it before.

Wow, that is sad. I went through alot of trouble to get a FAST speed sliced flamethrower made for a friend.
After getting some quick tissues on a Krayt hunt, getting some form fitted stocks, and getting a weaponsmith to make them, BOTH of them were damage sliced.
It was entirely disappointing, and I understand your pain even though my investment was time, not money.
Good thing they are changing the damn slicing system.

Get on TS sometime. If yer lucky.. I'll give yaa fast DE-10. The one thing I will say good about my smuggler... He's a damn find stormie / at-stkiller. Master rifles... Whew!

I have two DE-10s in my inventor that I am trying to figure if I should take a chance and slice em....
I want to sell these so.....Im scared.

Personally, I'm not investing any money in weapons/slicing at this point in time. Why?
1) CU(RB) coming. New weapons, new armor, new combat stats, and no one knows what is happening to old items.
2) Smuggler Revamp coming. New slices, new stats, and the ability to pick the slice.
Sure, I'm replacing weapons as they wear out, but I'm not looking for or spending money on an uber-133t weapon until these changes are in place. No one knows if a 3 mil. weapon will be worth it later -- but that's just me.
Of course, that doesn't make the speed slices any easier to swallow, and we all feel for you. Hopefully you can save the money and avoid the frustration after the upcoming changes.

Sgath sorry to hear that happened to you. I had a very... opposite sort of luck happen to me last night on my Geo pistols (which I will post about), but I am sorry.
I know that feeling when you're hands are trembling and right up to the moment where you want to slap on a WUK, you're not sure.
I am on Corbantis and I have a bit saved up, I will be happy to help you recoup some of your losses (providing I can afford one of these speedy D-10s).

I'm with dlc3007... Not spending any large amounts of credits on anything until after the CU to see what does what. Don't get me wrong I am seeing some things on the trade forums now that I like and would purchase, but not going to drop 10-30mil on a weapon that might be just "average" after the CU.
Funny thing is that I spent days trying to find a really good speed sliced DE-10 for a guildmate that is not speed capped due to having only master pistoleer and not wanting to use speed tapes.
I feel your pain on wanting the damage slice, but don't forget that speed slices are still useful to a lot of people in a DPS based combat system Hopefully you will be able to get your credits back on them... who knows... after the CU you may be sitting on a gold mine.

It amazes me that the Trade Forums are still so active, considering the CU is weeks away
I guess either a) people have more money than I do, or b) people know more about the CUthan I do
