i was in the chat room at game launch talkin to csr jen she told me pub 17 has smuggler changes. i read entire thing and NOTHING!!! then she leaves a guy names nick comes in and says pub 17 i said nothing for us blah blah, then he so read the posts in forums so iask where and he doesnt answer. soooo i guess were still being screwed?

Not at all, change is a'coming (or so we've been told), for slicing at least, an entirely new system. Until then, we'll just have to make do with them removing the ability to stack spices

Of course I was never cynical when they first anounced this revamp that was just about the corner (3 months ago wasn't it?) Noooo not me.

sorry but ive been a smuggler since launch so i hope you can see my frustion. " speed fth i spent so much time and money on this gun wth" tired of hearing it .

Well.. in all fairness, I don't think it was ever intended, so I'm not sure it counts. Half a nerf, maybe, or a nerf with an asterisk by it. 
Wes started a really interesting discussion about spice stacking, though. I had a couple ideas I'll try to work into a halfway decent proposal to put up here tomorrow. It'll need refinement (heh), but I think it's got some balance to it that might make it feasible.

The mythical Smuggler revamp, we've been waiting since day 1 for this, will it ever come? Probaly not everyone knows the devs will make fixing jedi their priority.

Hey Tomo! You should be happy to know I've been inspired to work on pilot so I've managed to reach 2211 since that thread a while back where we were revelling in our lack of piloting skills...

ffs , so spice stackins gone , i was enjoyin be able to survrive , looks like i'll be a regular at the cloner again , oh well , something else that was cool is no more , I know it was excessive , but at least everyone could do it , and afford it , /sigh, so that was our nerf/vamp then was it...........
