Heres the scenario. Your almost toast, and you want to LD. You could just use it and take the chance, or....

Use Concussion shot first, that way if the LD misses, you will be standing with a 1200pt stim in hand befor they can DB you

no...you cant ...all of your mind and action bars drop to nothing...so if you miss you can sit down and wait for 35 seconds....then get up and heal.
