i've posted the following in two other threads, the smuggler revamp in the "in concept" board, the Bria galaxy forum, and now here...

I'm just popping into this thread, as my account ends on Aug 8th, and i refuse to renew it. I'm here to let most of you know that there are a SIGNIFICANT number of smugglers that have had toons since launch, are now canceling their accounts, and deleting their toons. two years IS a bit much for anyone to wait for an patch. We have been more than patient with the developers, and have put up with many indignities( cratepull bug,slicing,combat upgrade,ECT.)but after watching the devs fall more and more behind with the other proffesions, only to seemingly pull rabbits out of orifices for a proffesion that shouldn't even exist in this timeline, is very disheartening. this is not a flaimbait post, nor do i have "SaberEnvy" as most people claim of non-jedi. It is just a post to let the community at large know that several people, myself included, are no longer satisfied with the products that SOE has produced, and will no longer support them.

Yeah, it is soo typical that Jedi would claim we have SaberEnvy...

They have claimed that I have had it several times... I Don't Have Saber Envy... I have Patch Envy. 2 Years is Unexceptable... just plain Unexceptable.

Saber Envy? Saber Envy? if SOE had managed to hold on to me for one more month, I'd be an initiate. Not to go Jedi mind you, just to have said I'd done at least a bit of EVERYTHING in the entire game. And well, there you have it. One month left and they lost their grip.

Go ahead, I think we should all put it in our sigs...

I dont understand, if Jedi are such a positive influence for this game, why don't they just give everyone the ability to become one. The people who have taken the time to grind it out can have those amount of branches as free experience.

Even the people who have Jedi can have some benefit for mastering it earlier.
