He means we have no clue. I dont know how people work the damage cap maybe a weaponsmith can help you?

no.... espcaily considering WS's dont make these.....

maybe ill just slice it for dmg and hope for the best, i can always buy more there pretty cheap

I know they dont make them but they might tell you the formula for calulating damge caps.
