It would seem as if they have used both Panic Shot AND Concussion on me, because I'm feeling both angry AND engraged.
Well, I guess this means I'll be taking FULL advantage of any Mezzes I lay on people, I'm going to use them and let them wear out naturally, just to piss people off for having to wait so long.
(Like "We realised that this code was never supposed to work like this, so we are removing it until we resolve all bugs in this new system". Of course, it will probably say "Its just like what Red reported, only much, much worse".)

When it works - yes. and it doesn't matter whether it 'wears off naturally' or you use another attack to break the daze, the anger/rage will kick in.
If you think the times are too nasty I suggest discussing it here or the TC Discussion thread. Personally I think it isn't too bad, although I would like a lower number (hey, we smugglers are greedy). Shortly after I posted in the bug thread Tiggs made a new one and is VERY clear in it she doesn't want discussion in that thread.
Also remember - it is now important to use Panic shot FIRST, as Concussion shot can be used over Anger (at least I think that's how it is supposed to work).

we must think of /emotes to create to taunt our enemies while they're mezzed.

does Overwhelming shot remove the Angry or Rage states on your target?
If they kept the action costs high like they are, kept some kind of mob-bound timer, but made the specials really REALLY fast, we could be crowd control gods, without any griefery, because we couldn't chain root an individual.
But as it stands, this is BS.

yes, i see no reason why i should have to wait any amount of time to Mezz separate targets.
chain mezzing = bad.
group mezzing = neccessary.
