I think all loot should have a chance of beeing in a locked container. Any where from 1%-25%, Rarer the loot the higher the chance, also NPC loot would have a higher chance. I think this would make the game a bit more interesting. If they were to do this I would also like a status msg, tell both ppl what was inside, just so some ppl don't give smugglers a bad name. ( think the only flames i'll get are from loot mongers)
