- Can they attack you while FD'ed (do you not take any damage from their attacks?) - Yes they can, and yes you do. The generally chosen griefing tactic used onsmugglers who FD instead of dying is to blackbar them and destroy their armor while they're helpless. Evil Fing ********

- Is it 100% successfull? - Some say yes, but i've only got 2 in the tree and have noticed it doesn't work if you're stunned/stated, reallylow on health. Meby it's just me. I'm sure the masteres would be able to answer your question better.

- Anything i should know about before taking up this line in smuggler? - Still learning this one myself, so i'll leave this one for the masters

Yeah, the still being attacked while FD'd is bad. I personally think that you should look exactly like a corpse, and the only options are like the ones on a corpse now (No attacking!). After all, who would sit there shooting at someone they thought was dead? I know some people would say "Oh, I'd go over and check to make sure he was dead!" Well, what if this smuggler knows how to control his breathing, and can make his heartbeat very faint (This is Star Wars here, I'm sure there could be an implant or something for that). IMO you should not be attackable, but make there be a penalty (this is your last effort, if it fails, you die, not to be used lightly).

Now that just applies to PvP. PvE the creatures/NPC's stop attacking usually and you won't get damaged unless they do area attacks. After saying that the other night I had a SBD still beating on me after I feigned but he was only doing 60-70 damage per hit.

Lol, the other day I solo'd a sbd at the dwb, I was so proud of myself!
