I got a rebel smuggler to put me at +400 faction. I went to the imp recruiter and now not only can I not sell out but I cannot buy faction. And I am special forces.
We got a stealth nerf it seems.

It's a known issue, as displayed in the holocron under known issues.
It will be fixed as soon as the can figure it out.

If I remember correctly, recruiters won't do business with someone who's currently in the opposing faction. Now, lets say you left the Rebels and went to the Empire, theoretically, you should be able to talk to thier recruiter.

yea but lets be honest it's not like selling out was a lucritive buisness. its like 200 credits for 25 faction. not even worth it. nowwhat would be great, would be if you could sell the faction and the same cost you can buy it. I think that would be adaquit compensation for the FD nerf. lol

Yeah...I noticed this a few days ago on TC, and immediately brought it to the attention of Caylin, who passed it on to Wes.
I didn't figure it was a major issue at the time, because...honestly...who really uses it?
But I did recognize it as a potential issue.
My best advice to the guys who are stuck with positive FP for the opposing faction...go kill members of the opposite faction to work it off. Eventually you'll get rid of it. And after looting the corpses, it'll probably be more profitable than "Selling out" anyway....

I've used it in the past. Before this patch you had to drop your faction in order to "sell out" faction points to the opposing recruiter. I'll try and test later.
