I just bought a data terminal as a test for faction purchases. It was listed as 1330 faction, and I paid 1330 faction.
As an Imperial, shoulddn't I at least get a 30% discount? And as a Master Smuggler, shouldn't I get 25% on top of that? Or is the discount already factored into the cost? Last I heard, the displayed cost was the standard cost, and the discount was taken at time of purchase. For example, if something was listed as 1000 faction points, it would take only 700 when bought by an Imperial.
Or am I just misunderstanding the whole process here?
