No ive personally gotten 43% and 44% encum slices(many).......ive heard the max is 45

didn't know it was a myth in the first place, i've gotten over 40% many times ... although never higher than 45%, which I think is the highest you can go.

45 is the max, it's the 'over 45' that's the myth...and the over 35 on anything else.
