Ok, I need my weapon and armor sliced. I know nothing about doing that. What is involved in how a smuggler slices a weapon? Can they change one or more attributes or is it a random slicing and they don't know what will get changed? With armor, can they even slice them and if so, do the same rules apply for armor as weapons. Any help would be appreciated. Also, what is the average I should be charged, just so I don't get ripped off. Thanks everyone!

I'm wondering how you know you 'need' your weapons and armor sliced when you don't know anything about slicing besides that smugglers do it.

Well, how many people who ask for a buff do know what it does? Not to mention all the kids running around drooling for a Jedi character even though they didn't master a single profession yet?
