Thread: They Finally Want Our Input on Things

For the first time, SOE finally asked me what I thought about the game. It was when they asked me to fill out a survey regarding why I just cancelled my account. I tried to copy it to paste it here but it didn't seem to take so, I'll just summarize.
Primary reason I left (choose ONE): Customer Service. I was joing to choose Unhappy with my profession, but since I only had one, I figured I'd make it a big broad category like CS.
Other Reasons (choose as many as apply): Unhappy with my profession, Customer Service, Lack of things to do, Game is Unbalanced, Not enough "Star Wars", plus a handful more which now escape me.
If the Primary reason you left was addressed would you reconsider: Most Likely Not
Your Experience With PvP: I never PvP
What Other MMORPGs do you play?: None
Remember folks. If you're leaving or plan on leaving, take a minute and complete the survey. It most likely means nothing in the long run, but don't walk away without them knowing why. Maybe, someday, SWG2 might be a better place because of it.

They don't really want your input.
It's just an attempt to look like they care.
If they can use a small, focused amount of input to lessen the 'burden' of the game for a group of people and make them keep playing, they get more money.
That's all they want.
What do you think the veteran rewards are for?
Placate the masses with beads and trinkets.
Does it look neat?
Yeah, it does, especially the new holos and stuff, but Smuggler (and other professions) still haven't been properly fixed.
I'd like my next veteran reward to be a properly working game.

They never gave me the option of filling out that survey.
I think they were afraid.

They hide it on you. You don't automatically get it. They buried it at the bottom of the page that comes up upon cancellation.
