In my tenure as a live server beta tester.... I've come to relize afew things about the DEV's/SOE when it comes to fixing things in the game...

1. There fixes uselly requires a fix...

2. Common sence never plays into there fixes..

3. They don't have even a basic understanding of "Cause And Effect"

4. They seem to forget human nature. We will always gravitay to the most

effective Skills and methods to reach our goals..

With those observations in mind here is my prediction about the fix for the upcomming fix for Concussion Shot..

I am beting Concussion Shot will have the same animation that it does now. a Root animation.. Not onedenoting a Mezz state.. Imagen the effects that will have in group hunts...

and there is my prediction lol
