I was tasked with slicing 25 suits of composite armor for my guild's armorsmith the other day.

9 pieces * 25 suits = 225 slices

Each PLK had 10 uses, 2 uses for each slice = 5 slices per PLK

So I should have needed 45 PLKs to complete the slicing, right?

Wrong.

I went through at least 10 boxes of PLKs for some reason - didnt think much of it at the time, but after working it out, I must have used loads!

It looks like every time I used a PLK from the crate, it was used up after each slice (like it had 2 uses per PLK)

Is this a bug?

OH well, complete waste of PLKs for me, but nevermind

The auto-pull nerf is supposed to be the fix...

All they need to do is code it so only knives don't get auto-pulled.
