Thread: FP grinding help please!

I am currently Warrant Officer 2, doing missions from a player city on Dantooine.
Even when solo grouped, i am only getting missions with rewards of 100 - 150 FP.
Do any of you have good suggestions for best place to go for faction points?

Find a base of opposite faction that's unguarded, and farm away.
That's probably the best way to get FP.

ok i'll try that,
I'm Imperial - so if i head to a rebel base and take out the NPC's there, that will be a good route to follow?
is that right?

it will also be a good way to get killed by an overt rebel partolling his base. if you faction farm that way... do it quick and get out. personally i would run imperial missions and slice the terminals. make sure sure when you go back to the imp base... your not teffed.

Only take sliced missions that are over 10k as a payout. The faction you recieve from the base directly corresponds with the payout of the mission.
If you get a base worth 10985 credits, you will get 109 faction frm the base alone.

The best place to go for FP is the same place I went. In true Smuggler fashion ... I bought my rank

Fastest way.
Get 2 mission from the term in the same direction. Kill all the NPC's but leave the flag, go to the second mission and kill all the NPC's and leave the flag. Go back to the first mission and NPC's should be respawned.
Do this a total of 3 times on each flag, after killing the NPC's the third time destroy the flag.
With 6 NPC's per spawn at 15 fp per that's 90 FP times 6 = 540 FP + the 2 flags are usually 150 a peice so about 800 FP per 2 mission in about 20-30 minutes of work.
From your rank now you need about 30K FP to reach Col.
Took me over a week straight of farming.

Ok, I have to ask this because I was going to do the same thing when I was a master smuggler, but low rank:
Did you go to another smuggler to do this, or did you do it yourself at a hefty loss knowing you would make it all back? I need to find a smuggler best friend to do this for me...willing to take the couple million hit...

You can't buy it youself. Once you buy enough FP to put you over 500 you can't buy anymore. You need another smuggler.
