There I was at my favorite hang out (the bestine cantina)... I saw two kyoote tenticle out the head girls chatting it up in lekku body language. I just had to see what they were saying! So I dropped slicing one to make skill points available to get underworld one. I came back and listend to them and told them I could understand yada yada... Anyways, I might become master smuggler now and that left me 2 locked containers away from slicing one after dropping! That was after weeks of slicing terminals with slicing one to. Was it worth it? I don't think so.

Um, why didn't you just get someone to teach you Ryll for nothing?

He's not talking about Ryl. The language he's refering to is the only language that's restricted to Twi'Leks and Smugglers. This is the non-verbal language used through the Twi'Leks lekku. Only Twi'Leks can both speak and understand it, while non-Twi'Lek Smugglers can only understand through the Language Comprehension mod, while not being able to speak it, due to the fact that we don't have lekku.

It can be fun if used creatively. Have a female Twi'Lek friend accompany you into a crowded cantina, have her speak only in Lekku, and respond only in basic.
She says somethingand yousay: "Are you sure that'll work? I mean,I'm not sure I could in there, let alone both of us."
She says something else.
"Hmmm, that could work. We'll deffinately have to try."
Another response from her.
"Sure, I can try doing that with your lekku. Just make sure to tell me if I'm too rough."
And again, she speaks.
"Oooh, that deffinately sounds fun."
And keep the conversation going thusly.
The best part about it is, everything said can be totally innocent, when you're listening to both sides of the story.
