Thats why smuggler is great fun, even if it is broken 
Also, remember dont under-price your profession! 5K is a sound pricve per slice!

nice! I got a 35% damage slice on a pair of nym enhansed VKs for a buddy last night. Put me in a rather good mood

indeed, 5k is my standard price as well. Only a few cheap ckates and guildies complain. Other than that. people mostly need there stuff sliced than and there and rarely complain. Even if they do DONT change that price. Take pride in you underhanded deeds MWUUAHAHAHA!!!

indeed, 5k is my standard price as well. Only a few cheap ckates and guildies complain. Other than that. people mostly need there stuff sliced than and there and rarely complain. Even if they do DONT change that price. Take pride in you underhanded deeds MWUUAHAHAHA!!!

I was having good slices as well until I sliced someones comp armor. One of the pieces had an 8% (yes thats an 8) effectiveness slice.
Was feeling pretty bad about it until I sliced my entire comp suit for encumbrance.
Ups and downs I guess.

Just logged in, and my friend wants me to slice some armor. No problem, always willing to help 'im out. 1 shuttle and 2 starport hops later, I'm on Dant, and slicing his armor. First slice, the helmet, gets 43% encumberance. I can't resist saying that in spacial. So, I'm on Dant, the mining outpost, advertising my results in spacial. Naturally I get some tells. I tell them 5k a pop. Finish up with my friend, then handle them. Sliced for my friend and 3 people, and got paid 67k. I wasn't even going to charge my friend but he bank tipped me 30k because I took the trip out there for him.
I must say it was kind of fun, for my first real commercial slicing experience. I then put up /afk so I could take care of some other stuff without getting bothered

I've been pretty lucky with slices as of late as well, been getting quitea few 35% and up, usually on comp. armor or scythe blades
