The easiest way to find your own stuff is to click on your name next to one of your posts or at the top of the page -- before the other message board stuff starts. You get a standard profile page with a link to Find all posts by this user. Hit that link and you get everything you've posted.
If you want to narrow the search, use the search feature at the bottom of the page. Select the right boards, keywords, etc. and hit search.
